As we enter an era where AI and automation are redefining work, success, and human potential, it’s time for humanists to champion a new metric of progress: human flourishing. In this talk, Dr. Narath Carlile explores how moving beyond old measures allows us to redefine achievement, value and purpose in ways that align with our deepest human needs. Grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and the science of human flourishing, this session introduces methodologies already transforming the way forward-thinking individuals and organizations approach time, productivity, success, and thriving. This is the next great evolution of humanism: championing human flourishing as the essential measure of progress in a Tech-driven world—ensuring that advancement is not just about efficiency and innovation, but about creating lives of meaning, well-being, and true fulfillment.
