When we apply the compassionate ethics, science based reasoning, and personal ethics, we get solutions that actually work–so it is no surprise that Humanists have transformed the fields of psychology, sociology, medicine and nursing. We are now setting our sights on business. There is an increasing global interest in humanistic management and associations are forming around the world to promote a more realistic approach to how we run our businesses. Jennifer will discuss what’s happening with the United States chapter of the International Humanistic Management Association as well as her own experiences teaching Humanism to business professionals.
