Five Easy Steps to Peace focuses on the most significant fears humans have that lead to division, war, and so many of the problems around the world. Religion has serious fear based aspects, our political system runs on fear-mongering, our financial/monetary system is based on scarcity and fear, mistreatment of the natural world and environment occurs because of human hubris and fear, and some of the most egregious problems are caused by the age-old fears that men and women have of one another. This presentation will discuss these problems and propose solutions, including advancing secularism, liberalism, minimalism, conservation, and sexual openness.
